Refund Policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.  If the date of purchase is more than 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will respond to your request with instructions on how and where to send your package. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email to advise whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. 

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We cannot accept returns on sale items.
